Sara de la Rica
Full Professor of Economics at the University of the Basque Country (Spain), Associate Research Fellow at FEDEA (Spanish Foundation of Applied Economics), at the Institute for the Study of Labour (IZA) in Bonn, and at the Centre for Research and Analysis of Migration (CreAM) in London. She leads the research team ISEAK (Initiative for socio-economic analysis and Knowledge). She was the President of the European Society for Population Economics (ESPE) in 2012, and President of the Spanish Committee of Women Studies in Economics (COSME) in 2012-2013. She has been Co-editor of the Academic Journal IZA Journal of European Studies, 2012-2016. She has been involved in collaborative projects with National and Regional Labour Policy Institutions and also with the European Commision in a Peer Review Tender on Activating Measures for Unemployed Workers.
